The Study Program S1 - Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi would like to congratulate all prospective students who have been successfully admitted through the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) 2026 at Universitas Negeri Manado.

All admitted candidates are required to complete the re-registration process with the following provisions:

A. Online Biodata Submission

All prospective students must complete their biodata online through the following link:

https://akademik.unima.ac.id/regmaba

Period:
April 7 – April 30, 2026

Login Credentials:

• SNBP Registration Number
• PIN: Date of Birth (day, month, year)

Required Documents:

1. SNBP 2026 Participant Card
2. Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K), if applicable
3. Certificate from School Principal confirming active status in Grade XII
4. Academic transcripts (Semester 1–5)
5. Recent passport photo (4x6, blue background, white shirt, max 200KB)
6. National ID Card (KTP) or Domicile Certificate
7. Parents’ ID Cards or Domicile Certificates
8. Parents’/Guardian’s Income Statement
9. Family Photo and Family Card (KK)
10. Photos of residence (front, side, interior, kitchen, bathroom)
11. Statement Letter (downloaded from the system, signed with stamp duty, and re-uploaded)

B. Verification and Tuition Fee (UKT) Process

1. Academic Verification
   April 8 – May 6, 2026
2. UKT Determination
   • Students must complete all data submission stages, including the statement letter
   • Incomplete or invalid data will result in the highest UKT category
3. UKT Announcement and Payment
   May 7 – May 30, 2026
   Payment can be made through BRI, BNI, or BTN banks
4. Verification Requirements
   • Passed document verification (academic records and other requirements)
   • Provide proof of graduation (Diploma / Temporary Graduation Certificate / Equivalent)

C. Special Provisions for KIP-K Recipients

• Additional registration via:
  http://akademik.unima.ac.id/regmaba/kip-k
• Deadline: May 15, 2026
• Subject to verification and interview process
• If not eligible or quota is limited, regular UKT scheme will apply
• Confirmed KIP-K recipients are exempted from UKT payment but must confirm enrollment

D. Important Notes

• Applicants must pass the final school examination
• Failure to complete biodata submission before April 30, 2026 will be considered as withdrawal
• Invalid or inconsistent data will result in disqualification
• Official student status is granted after obtaining a Student Identification Number (NIM)
