Faculty of Engineering Student Status Notification
Based on the official letter from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Universitas Negeri Manado Number 684/UN41/PS/2026 Date March 13, 2026 regarding Student Status Notification, the following information is hereby conveyed:
In relation to the issuance of the Rector’s Decree concerning Student Drop Out Status, applicable to:
- Diploma Program (D3) Intake Year 2018
- Undergraduate Program (S1) Intake Year 2018
- Master’s Program (S2) Intake Year 2020
- Doctoral Program (S3) Intake Year 2019
a review has been conducted on students who meet specific academic criteria in accordance with institutional regulations.
The students listed in the attached document fall under the following categories:
- Have exceeded the maximum study period as defined by academic regulations; or
- Have failed to complete academic and/or administrative registration within the निर्धारित period.
In response to this matter, the Study Program will undertake the following actions:
- Conduct verification and clarification of student status based on the provided data;
- Ensure that students proposed for Drop Out status:
- Meet the specified criteria;
- Have not taken any academic leave during their study period;
- Submit the verification results to the relevant authorities within the established timeline.
The list of students included in this notification is attached in the official document in accordance with the referenced letter. This announcement is issued for attention and necessary action. Thank you for your cooperation.
