Based on the official letter from Universitas Negeri Manado Number 734/UN41/PS/2026 regarding the Implementation of the Even Semester Phase II Graduation Ceremony for Academic Year 2025/2026 dated March 25, 2026, the following information is hereby announced for students who meet the graduation requirements.

Graduation Schedule

• Day/Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2026

• Venue: Universitas Negeri Manado

• Participant Quota: Maximum 750 participants

Graduation Registration

Graduation registration must be completed online through the following website:

Registration Period:

• Opens: Thursday, March 25, 2026

• Closes when:

  • The quota of 750 participants has been reached; or

  • No later than Friday, June 5, 2026

Graduation Requirements

Prospective graduates must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Have officially passed, proven by:

   • Graduation Decree (SK Yudisium)

   • Final Examination Report / Degree Examination Report

   • Proposed issuance of PISN by the Dean/Director

2. Have completed the diploma photo session before filling out the registration form.

3. Complete alumni data through:
   https://akademik.unima.ac.id/alumni

4. Be officially registered through the online graduation registration system:
   https://akademik.unima.ac.id/wisuda/login

5. Graduates of Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) programs are required to pay the graduation fee.

Graduation Rehearsal

All prospective graduates are required to attend the graduation rehearsal scheduled as follows:

• Day/Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2026

• Time: 13:30 WITA

• Venue: UNIMA Auditorium

Graduation Gown Collection

Graduation gowns can be collected at:

• Location: General Affairs Office, 2nd Floor, UNIMA Rectorate Building

• Period: June 2 – June 22, 2026
